Bakerview Square Phase 3 Now Leasing
BELLINGHAM, WA. January 20, 2008 – Bakerview Square has began leasing space in Phase 3 of the neighborhood office and retail center.
Building on the tremendous success of Phase 1 and Phase 2, Madrona Bay Real Estate Investments, the developer of Bakerview Square, announced that Phase 3 of Bakerview Square is ready for leasing. Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project is nearly all leased, with only inline spaces remaining. Phase 3 is already building on that momentum as one of it's premier spaces is already leased to the Soy House, a Vietnamese restaurant..
“I am very pleased with how the first phases of this project have gone,” says Morgan Bartlett of Madrona Bay. “Sure, I would like to have all of the spaces leased, but I am excited to keep the momentum going. I have no doubt that the tenants that will come in Phase 3 will be a tremendous addition to our wide range of tenants we currently have.”
Phase 3 of Bakerview Square features a stand-alone building, with drive-through windows, a large corner building with nine inline spaces, and a pad site for future construction.
