Madrona Bay Chooses RPM for Property Management

BELLINGHAM, WA. February 1, 2008 – Madrona Bay Real Estate Investments have chosen Real Property Managers for the management of Madrona Bay’s property assets.

As part of its ongoing focus on service, Madrona Bay Real Estate Investments, LLC (Madrona Bay) has contracted with Real Property Managers, LLC (RPM), effective immediately, to provide full-service property management services for all of its real property. At this time those properties include several multi-family residential complexes and Bakerview Square, a large commercial center in north Bellingham. A spokesperson for RPM, said, “We are excited to be chosen to manage the properties for Madrona Bay.”

Madrona Bay owns four multi-family apartment complexes near Western Washington University. Those complexes operate annually at or near full occupancy. In addition, Madrona Bay is the owner and developer of Bakerview Square, a 140,000 square foot retail/commercial center in north Bellingham.
