As Madrona Bay continues to grow and expand, so do the projects we engage in, and the market segments we serve.
This year, we'll increase our investment portfolio by nearly $15 million, and our five-year projected totals exceed $25 million annually.

 This 2005, construction began on Bakerview Square, a 120,000 square foot retail and office center near Bellis Fair Mall in Bellingham, WA. Construction of the final phase of the project is now underway. Madrona Bay will announce its next planned project soon, after all feasibility studies have been completed and approved.
We are excited about the future of the real estate market, and will continue to expand our inventory through diversification. |
