A Bellevue developer, PMF Investments, is expected to submit applications for “Bellingham Retail Center” near the expected location for the new Costco. An article in the Bellingham Herald goes on to say 13-acre property is mostly undeveloped and currently Pace’s Salvage is on the front part of the property on Pacific Highway.
David Gallagher of the Bellingham Herald reported today that 120,000 square-f0ot Bakerview Square is close to full capacity. With the recent addition of several new tenants such as Trader’s Depot, Spice India and Sweets, and a Puget Sound Blood Center the Square should be full by December.
